How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS Priority. Made-to-order pieces (engraved pens, foiled portfolios) add 2–3 days for finishing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the 2026 roadmap — sign up to the newsletter for first access.

What’s your return policy?

Unused, undamaged items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Engraved or foiled custom pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We do small-batch corporate gift orders (10+ pieces) with optional co-branded foiling. Email hello@elyraworks.store with the headcount and budget and we’ll send a recommendation within one business day.

Are your products really hand-finished?

Yes — leather goods are hand-burnished and hand-foiled, pens are hand-engraved, ceramic drinkware is hand-thrown. Small variations are part of the process.
