By placing an order with Elyra Works you agree to the following.

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax. We charge the payment method when the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order for stock, pricing, or fraud-prevention reasons; you’ll be refunded in full immediately.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier. We file claims for any package lost in transit and will replace or refund the order — see our Shipping & Returns page.

Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt operations, or copy content for commercial use without permission.
