Shipping

Orders ship Monday through Friday from our Austin, Texas studio. Standard US shipping is a flat $7 and arrives in 3–5 business days via USPS Priority. Orders over $75 ship free.

Made-to-order pieces (engraved pens, foil-stamped portfolios, custom monograms) require an additional 2–3 business days for finishing before they ship.

Returns

If a piece isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom engraved or foiled pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a finishing defect — in which case we replace them, free, no questions.

To start a return, email hello@elyraworks.store with your order number and a brief reason. We’ll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
